Millbrook
Millbrook is a bungalow in Shitterton, near Bere Regis. Yes, that's the real name of the village. It's on a quiet no-through road.
It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. Sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have super king beds. One has an en-suite shower room, and there's another family shower room as well, so two bathrooms in total.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a bungalow, so no stairs at all, which is good if you don't like them. The garden is mainly lawn with a patio. It's at the back, looking out over fields. You get a good view of the night sky.
Inside, there's a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is at the back too, so you get the same view. There's a Smart TV and a dining table for four.
For things to do, you're well placed. Monkey World and the Tank Museum at Bovington are literally a few minutes' drive. For a walk, May's Wood is about five minutes away. The Jurassic Coast is about half an hour's drive. That's where Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are.
Dorchester is about 15-20 minutes away for shops and pubs. Poole Harbour is about 25 minutes. You can get boat trips from there to Brownsea Island, if you want to try and see the red squirrels.
Facilities wise: all bedding and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on the drive. There's an electric vehicle charger. Wi-Fi is included. No pets, sorry.
