Kastania
Kastania is a detached house on a quiet road in Bere Regis. It's got a driveway for two cars, and an electric vehicle charger. The garden is fully enclosed and private, with a patio area and a bit of lawn. There are a couple of mature trees at the bottom. It's not huge, but it's a nice, sheltered space.
The house sleeps seven across four bedrooms. Two doubles and two singles, plus a put-you-up bed in one of the single rooms. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath. The stairs have a stairgate at the top.
Inside, it's straightforward. A living room, a kitchen diner, and a conservatory that you'll probably use as a play area or for leaving boots in. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. It's rated 4 Star, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
Bere Regis itself is a village. There are two pubs you can walk to, both serve food. There's a small Co-op for essentials. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Wareham.
The coast is about half an hour away. Swanage and Studland have good sandy beaches. For the famous bits of the Jurassic Coast like Lulworth and Durdle Door, it's about a 25 minute drive. Wareham Forest is nearby for walks or cycling.
There are a lot of places you can get to within 30 minutes. Monkey World and The Tank Museum at Bovington are popular with families. Dorchester is a proper market town with a decent museum. Poole Harbour and Bournemouth are also within reach for a day out.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
