It is very hard to describe how wonderful Gorst Farm Barn really is, you really need to step inside to appreciate just how special it is. Sitting in Eccleston in Lancashire with only 5 miles to Poulton-Le-Fylde and 8 miles from Blackpool. Set over two levels you will find three bedrooms sleeping six with two bathrooms, one en-suite and one Jack and Jill. The owners of the barn have been sympathetic to the old features and also made sure there are lots of great modern touches too. The stylish living room together with the modern kitchen and dining area really have had no expense spared. The living area boasts doors leading onto a courtyard and a gravelled garden to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet, where you will most certainly congratulate yourself on the perfect choice for a great holiday.
The fabulous Great Eccleston is set in the heart of the Fylde coast in Lancashire and the beautiful Ribble Valley, within easy access of the M6 and M55 motorways. You are only a short drive away from the Fylde coast resorts of Lytham St Annes with its famous golf course and of course Blackpool with its seaside attractions including the famous Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Zoo and Sandcastle Water Park. Why not take a visit to The Lake District which is only an hour’s drive away and offers visitors all its natural beauty and many amazing walks. The historic town of Lancaster is also only a short drive away. Great Eccleston village boasts two amazing traditional pubs, offering an ever changing selection of cask ales from which to choose, there are also two gastro pubs within walking distance and a continental style café where you can enjoy traditional afternoon teas. You will really be spoilt for choice with the wide variety of local shops, butchers, artisan bakeries and many more. Beach 9½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
