Craobhan Cottage stands detached in Culbo, near Culbokie, on the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands. The location is perfect for access to the city of Inverness and Dingwall which are both within a 30-minute drive. The property is all on one floor with the living area being open plan. The living area has a sofa and armchairs, electric fire, Freeview TV and DVD player. There are French doors opening on to the patio seating area. The kitchen is fully fitted and has plenty cupboard space and a dining area. There are two bedrooms, both with bedside tables; one has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, the other has twin beds. The family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside is a garden laid to lawn, seating area, patio furniture and parking for 2 cars.
Craobhan Cottage is perfectly located for a Highland holiday the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. There is fantastic scenery and the location of the cottage allows easy access to explore Inverness and all its amenities, Loch Ness and to enjoy golfing, fishing, walking or cycling.
