Ashdale

Ashdale is a single-storey cottage attached to the owners home on the southern coast of the Black Isle. The property is only 220 yards away from Rosemarkie - Fortrose Golf Club . This holiday retreat is conveniently located on the Black Isle and has everything you could hope for whilst staying in the Highlands of Scotland.
Just a 15-minute walk takes you to Channory Point, a famous spot for spotting dolphins. This well-kept holiday home welcomes families and friends looking to have a good holiday and enjoy what the Scottish Highlands has to offer. Ashdale has three bedrooms, two kingsize and a twin, all presented in a tasteful décor. The spacious living/dining area is inviting and comfortable and has an electric fire in a large fireplace, a coffee table, a TV, a CD player, comfortable three and two seaters sofas, an easy chair plus a rocking chair and stool. The dining table seats six people comfortably. The modern kitchen of Ashdale is complete with an electric Smeg cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and Smeg dishwasher. Completing the interior of Ashdale is en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Ashdale has a spacious fenced and private garden to enjoy having BBQ outside whilst the little ones can roam the lawn.
The famous spot for watching dolphins, Channory Point Lighthouse, as well as the long sandy beach of Rosemarkie with restaurant, pub, museum and grocery shop are also less than a mile away. The fairways, driving range, clubhouse bar and restaurant is within 5 minutes’ walk. Venture along the Rosemarkie Beach, towards the hills of medieval caves and you will find a beach café with outdoor activities for children.
Walk further along to Fortrose Harbor and the village, where there are many shops, restaurant, post office and small supermarket. Visit the cosmopolitan city of Inverness and wander the quaint streets, flourishing with vibrant culinary scenes.
There is also historical Inverness castle to visit and plenty of different retail shops, an old Victorian market and the modern Eastgate Shopping Centre. Whilst in the centre, why not catch an event at Edens Court, or immerse yourself in the culture by taking time to discover the art exhibitions in the city gallery spaces? Those feeling adventurous will love exploring the Cairngorn National Park, offering a range of activities from whitewater rafting and cliff jumping to skiing and hiking, providing something for all. beach 400 yards. Shop 1 mile, pub 700 yards.
