Parkhill Cottage is in the small hamlet of Balachraggan, Kildary on the North Coast 500-route which is the perfect location to explore the surrounding area.
The property has been lovingly renovated throughout, with a cosy living room off the hall with comfy sofa and chairs, Smart TV and wood burner for cosy nights in after exploring the area. There is a fully equipped kitchen to the rear and a breakfast area with table and four chairs. The utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer with a door to the rear garden. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers and dressing table. The second is a twin with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe. The shower room has a double walk in shower. The front garden is set to lawn with a picket fence. The enclosed rear garden is set to lawn with a log cabin and gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Parkhill Cottage will not disappoint it has everything you require for a holiday in the Highlands of Scotland.
The town of Invergordon, to the south, is only 10 minutes away with all local amenities and the Port of Invergordon which has flourished since the return of cruise ships to the port. Towards the north, 10 minutes away, there is Tain which has supermarkets, local shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a golf course. Beach 11 miles.
