Ling Farm Cottage

Ling Farm Cottage is on our working beef farm in Grassmoor. It's semi-detached. You'll see the cows in the field from the kitchen window.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, renovated a few years back.

The living room has a wood burner. It's nice in the evenings. The stairs are a bit steep, like most farm cottages.

Heath is about a mile away. There's a village shop and a couple of local pubs. The one up the road serves food.

You're right on the edge of the Peak District. It's good walking country straight from the door. Carsington Water is about a 15 minute drive if you fancy a lakeside walk.

Matlock is a 10 minute drive. There are shops, cafes, and the thermal baths there. Hardwick Hall is about 25 minutes away. Chatsworth House is roughly the same. Bakewell is maybe half an hour.

For facilities, it's got what you need: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry, because of the farm.
