Hillcrest

This is Hillcrest, in Bolsover. It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's detached. You get the garden to yourself, it's mostly astroturf with a gravel patio and some seating.

It’s got a 4 Star rating. It used to be a spa, so the main thing is it still has all that. There's a proper jacuzzi, a steam room, and a sauna. There's a separate relaxation area with beds and a lounge with a very large TV.

There's also a party room. It has a karaoke machine, a bar with a wine cooler, and a light-up ceiling. The whole house has a music system you can connect to with bluetooth.

The kitchen is big, with a double oven and an American fridge freezer. The dining table extends to seat everyone.

Bolsover Castle is right there, you can see it from the house. It's a English Heritage site. There's a local pub a short walk away.

For walks, the Peter Fidler Nature Reserve at Carr Vale is close. Chesterfield is about ten minutes by car. The famous crooked spire church is there, and it has markets and shops.

The Peak District National Park is within half an hour. So are places like Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, and Haddon Hall. Sherwood Forest is about forty minutes away.

Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and on-site parking. We can provide a cot. No pets.
