Daffodil

This is Daffodil, in Great Hatfield. It's one of a small group of cottages on our farm. The location is quiet, down a track, and we've got about ten acres of land.

The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about.

You've got your own patio with a barbecue. Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.

We have a few farm animals here, like goats, sheep, and ponies. Children usually enjoy seeing them. There's a shared glass atrium you can use, which is like an indoor patio area, and a designated dog walk on the grounds. We allow up to two pets.

The local pub, which is a few minutes' walk away, is currently closed. But there are good pubs in the nearby villages of New Ellerby and Withernwick, about a five-minute drive.

Mappleton Sands beach is about ten minutes away by car. It's a good spot for a walk. Hornsea is a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes. They have a leisure centre and The Mere for boating and birdwatching.

You're about twenty minutes from Beverley, which has the Minster and the racecourse. Hull is around half an hour away, where you'll find The Deep aquarium. For stately homes, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall are both within a thirty minute drive.
