This is Roslyn, in Hornsea. It's a detached bungalow on a quiet street. Two minutes and you're on the beach.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been done up well. Everything is on one level, so it's good if stairs are a problem. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs.
There's a sitting room with a wood burner. The french doors go into a big conservatory which we use for eating, and that leads to the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a space round the side to hose off boots or bikes.
You can walk to the beach in no time. The town has your usual seaside shops, cafes, and a couple of pubs. Hornsea Mere is nearby if you want to go on the water.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got the Yorkshire Wolds for walking. Beverley is a nice town with its Minster. For birdwatchers, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is worth a trip. The Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House are there if you like stately homes.
Facilities: It's all on one floor, with parking on site. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It says wheelchair accessible entrance, but it's best to check with us about specific needs. You can bring up to two dogs.
