Roslyn is a detached bungalow in Hornsea. It's on a quiet side street, about a two minute walk from the beach. You can hear the sea when it's windy.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently so everything feels clean and new. Because it's a bungalow, there are no stairs inside, which is handy. The front door has a small step.
The garden is enclosed. It gets the sun most of the day. There's a patio with a table and a BBQ. There's also a shed round the back for bikes or surfboards, and an outside tap for washing off sandy feet or dogs.
The sitting room has a wood burner. French doors go into a conservatory, which is where the dining table is. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You're two minutes from the beach and the promenade. The town has the usual seaside shops, a few pubs, and some cafes. Hornsea Mere is a short drive or a decent walk. You can go boating or fishing there.
Further out, within about half an hour, you've got places like Beverley. It's a nice market town with a big minster and a racecourse. For walking, the Yorkshire Wolds are right there. The coast road north takes you to places like Bempton Cliffs, which is an RSPB site.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Parking is on the drive for two cars. You can bring up to two dogs.
