Kinverley
This is Kinverley. It's a detached bungalow just outside Walton in Powys.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's all on one level, so no stairs at all. The garden is big and private, with a patio area and a summerhouse. The owners live next door, which is handy if you need anything.
It's a quiet spot, surrounded by farmland. There's parking right outside.
For things to do, Kington is about four miles away. It's a nice little town with a few shops, cafes and a pub. The golf course there is supposed to have great views. Hay-on-Wye is probably half an hour away in the car, maybe a bit less. That's where all the bookshops are, and the festival. The Offa's Dyke Path runs through the area if you like walking.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. Towels and bedding are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
