Garden Lodge
Garden Lodge is in Lloyney, right near the border with Shropshire. It's a detached place, so you're on your own. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star property, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.
The lodge is all on the ground floor. There's a big open plan room with the kitchen, dining and living space, then the bedroom and shower room lead off from that. It's straightforward. Everything you need is there: a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
You can bring one dog. There's a pub about half a mile away. The shop is three miles, in Knighton.
This is walking country. You can start right from the door. We've mapped out a few local walks if you want them. You're near Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way, and the Shropshire Hills are just over the border. For a day out, Knighton is three miles. It's a small town with shops, pubs, and the Offa's Dyke Centre. Ludlow is about half an hour's drive, that's for the castle and the food. Clun and Powis Castle aren't much further.
If you fancied driving a bit, Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Newtown and Welshpool are all within 40 minutes or so.
