Lochview is in Milovaig, on the Duirinish peninsula of Skye. It's a detached crofthouse, so it's on its own. The view is all loch and hills.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and comfortable. It's not a show home, it's a cottage. The renovation was done well, so it's bright and everything works.
The position is elevated, on a small croft. That means you get the view, but it's up a track. The parking is right there.
It's very quiet. If you want a proper getaway, this is it. You can walk from the door. The coast is accessible. For bird watching or just a stroll, it's ideal.
There's a shop and a cafe about two miles away in Glendale. For eating out, the nearest is probably Stein, or the famous Three Chimneys restaurant is about five miles. You'd need to book that well in advance.
From here you can explore all of Skye. Dunvegan Castle isn't far. For a day trip, you can drive over to Plockton on the mainland, or up to Dornie for Eilean Donan Castle. They're all within about an hour.
Inside, it's got what you need: a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's no shower, just a bath. No pets.
