The Swift

The Swift is a delightful, detached, two bedroom bungalow situated on a quiet residential private road. It is a 4-minute stroll to the excellent East Wittering beach which is popular with walkers, sun bathers and wind surfers alike. There are shops very close to The Swift, and an excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and cafés are all within short walking distance. For a cosy night in, the property has a Smart TV with streaming services so you can relax and be entertained after a day exploring.
The city of Chichester is just a 10-minute drive away with its remains of Roman streets and walls. Chichester Cathedral boasts a 600-year-old spire, whilst inside you can view stunning stained glass windows. Chichester Festival Theatre hosts a number of productions throughout the year, or why not take a leisurely stroll along Chichester Canal, which links the city to the sea.
There is excellent walking and cycling on the South Downs National Park, or if you prefer a spot of birdwatching, Pagham Nature Reserve is a must visit. If you’d prefer a day out at a traditional seaside resort, Worthing is a great place to visit. It offers award-winning beaches, a wide promenade, the Art Deco Worthing Pier and plenty of places to eat and drink.
The historic city of Portsmouth is a short drive from The Swift. One of the most popular places to visit here is Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to the historic ships HMS Victory and HMS Warrior 1860. For entertainment, Gunwharf Quays has a large variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, a cinema and a casino.
