Anchor Cottage South Hayling

Anchor Cottage is in South Hayling. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has two singles that zip together to make another king, if you prefer. There's one bathroom with both a shower and a separate bath.

It sleeps four and it's graded as 4 Star. It feels clean and modern. You can bring one dog.

The main living area is open plan. The doors open out onto a decked garden area. It's enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids. There's a table out there, a BBQ, and a pizza oven. You can park two cars off the road next to the house.

The beach is just down the road. It's a mix of shingle and sand. The local shop and the pub are a short walk away. Hayling is known for sailing and windsurfing if that's your thing.

For a bigger day out, you can drive over the bridge. Portsmouth is about half an hour away. You can see the Historic Dockyard and the Spinnaker Tower from the water. Chichester is about twenty minutes in the other direction. The South Downs National Park is close by for walking. It's about a twenty-five minute drive to the edge of the New Forest as well.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are provided. We can put a cot and highchair in for you if you need them.
