St Elmo
It's called St Elmo. It's in Northney on Hayling Island. A bungalow, so all on one level except for the inside stairs to the loft conversion.
Sleeps five, but one of those is in a single bedroom downstairs. The other two bedrooms are up in the loft, a kingsize and a double. There's one bathroom, also upstairs. It's got a bath and a walk-in shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's warm and comfortable, with a fair bit of space. The stairs up to the bedrooms are a proper staircase, but a bit steeper than in a modern house.
You've got a garden that's fully enclosed. Patio area with seating. Parking for two cars.
Inside, there's a kitchen with a dishwasher. The lounge has a Smart TV. Washing machine, WiFi, all bedding and towels are included.
We accept one well-behaved dog.
It's quiet where it is. The local pub is just over a mile away. The beach is about four miles.
Hayling is good for windsurfing and watersports if that's your thing. There's a golf course nearby. For a proper day out, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is about half an hour's drive. The New Forest and the South Downs are both within a 30 minute drive as well.
