Duvale Barn
Duvale Barn is in Cove, Devon. It's not a cottage, it's a large place for big groups. Really big groups. It sleeps 42 across 16 bedrooms. You book the whole thing, or you can split it into four separate bits for different households.
The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not just a basic bunkhouse. It's detached and set in 20 acres of grounds, with the River Exe nearby. There are beams and most places have wood burners.
The practical stuff: 12 bathrooms, so queues shouldn't be an issue. Parking on site. Wifi. TV. Dishwasher, washing machine. They've even put in an electric vehicle charger. You can bring dogs, up to three. Bedding is included, and there's a cot and highchair if needed. There's a BBQ and a garden.
It's known as a wedding venue, for up to 130 guests. So it's set up for events.
Location wise, it's in the Exe Valley. It's a countryside spot. The nearest shop is about a mile and a half, pubs are two miles. Tiverton is seven miles for bigger shops. You're about 20 miles from both Exeter and the coast at Minehead. Exmoor National Park is within easy driving distance.

For activities locally, there's walking by the river on the grounds, or further out on the coast. Golf, riding, fishing, and sailing at Wimbleball Lake are all options nearby.
