Orchard Barn
Orchard Barn is in Cove, near Tiverton. It's a detached barn conversion on a 20 acre site with a river running through it. It's actually three cottages knocked into one, so it's massive. Sleeps 29, ten bedrooms, seven bathrooms. You book the whole thing.
The rating is 4 Star. It's well equipped. It's got wood burners in most rooms, beams, a big garden, and parking. There's an electric vehicle charger.
It's set up for big groups, family reunions, that sort of thing. You can book catering directly with me if you want a meal or a party. Up to 100 guests for an event.
The place is very accessible from the M5. Tiverton is about seven miles, for shops and supermarkets. There's a pub a couple of miles away.
For a day out, Exmoor is on the doorstep. The coast at Minehead is about 40 minutes. Wimbleball Lake is close for sailing. The Grand Western Canal is near Tiverton for a flat walk. If you want to go further, Exeter is about half an hour.
