Orchard Barn

It's a big, detached stone barn. There are beams and wood burners. The grounds are about 20 acres and there's a river along the edge. The garden is enclosed and there's plenty of parking.
It's set up for big groups and things like family gatherings. You can even arrange to have a wedding here for up to 100 guests, if you book all the barns.
Inside, it's practical for a crowd. There's a dishwasher, washing machines, and WiFi. Some bathrooms have walk in showers and grab rails. Bedding is included.
The local pub is about two miles away in the village. For shops, you'll need to go to Tiverton, which is about seven miles. They've got supermarkets and the usual things there.
You're in the Exe Valley, so it's good for walking and cycling right from the door. Horse riding and fishing are available locally. The coast is about 45 minutes away by car. Minehead has a sandy beach and the West Somerset Railway.
Exeter is around 20 miles, for a bigger day out. There are several National Trust properties within a half hour drive, like Knightshayes Court.
