Elizabeth House
This is Elizabeth House. It's in Bampton, Devon, which is on the edge of Exmoor. The house is on the outskirts of the village, so it's quiet but you can walk in.
It sleeps five people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is on the second floor with its own shower room, the other two are on the first floor. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The living room is a good size with a TV. The kitchen is open plan with a dining table. Everything you'd expect is there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. The garden is enclosed, which is useful if you have dogs or children. There's parking on the drive.
Bampton village is about a ten-minute walk. It's got a few shops, a couple of pubs, and a play park. The scenery around here is really nice for walks. You're right next to Exmoor National Park. Wimbleball Lake is close by for walking or water sports.
Dulverton is about a 15-minute drive. It's a nice little town with good places to eat. Tiverton is four miles away for bigger shops. If you want the coast, it's about a 35-minute drive to North Devon. Knightshayes Court is nearby if you like gardens.
You can bring up to three dogs. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
