Waterside Lodge Thirteen is in Elland, West Yorkshire. It's a wooden lodge, one of several in Ashgrove Country Park. The park was the grounds for an old hall. It's about 40 acres of trees and lakes.
The lodge sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's new and well finished. The layout is split over three floors. The main living area is on the top floor. It has big doors that open onto a small balcony. The views from there are good, over the water and fields.
There's a bedroom with its own shower on the middle floor, plus another bedroom and a family bathroom. The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor. You get to it from outside via some steps. It has glass doors that open onto a big deck right by the water. That's also where the hot tub is.
Elland and Brighouse are the nearest towns. There's a lakeside bar and restaurant about half a mile away. Elland has an old cinema and a microbrewery. Brighouse has a market and a train station. You can get trains to Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Leeds, and Manchester from there.
Haworth, where the Brontës lived, is about half an hour's drive. The Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District are both within an hour.
For facilities: it's got a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, parking, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
