Brewers Cottage

This is Brewers Cottage in Ordley. You're renting the whole place, it's detached. The owners live on the same land but it's private. You get good views over the fields.

It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Two doubles downstairs, two more upstairs. All the beds can be split into twins if you need. There are three bathrooms. One is a family shower room downstairs, and each upstairs bedroom has its own. One has a shower over the bath, the other a walk-in cubicle. The stairs are fine.

It's open plan living, kitchen and dining. There's a wood burning stove. Outside there's a big decked area with a hot tub and a BBQ. The garden is enclosed.

It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished. Everything's included: bedding, towels, WiFi. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair. Parking is on site.

You're about three miles from Hexham. It's a market town with shops, supermarkets, pubs. There's a leisure centre with a pool. Hexham Abbey is worth a visit. The racecourse is four miles away.

You're well placed for Hadrian's Wall. It's a short drive. You can walk along it, or visit the Roman forts like Chesters or Housesteads. The Sill discovery centre is nearby too.

Corbridge village is about six miles. Good for a pub lunch. Newcastle and the Metrocentre are within a half hour drive if you need a bigger town.
