Tilmangate Barn
Tilmangate Barn is on Fairbourne Heath, in Kent. It's a barn conversion on one level, which is good for access. You're surrounded by woods and fields. There are horses in the paddock next door.
It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms: one double and one single. The single room is quite small but it does the job. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The main room is open plan, with the kitchen and living area together. It's a bright space because of the big doors. One of the sofas is a bed, if you need it.
Outside, there's a patio area with a table and chairs. The parking is right outside the door.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and has what you need, but it's not luxurious. Everything works. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs. We've also got a cot and a highchair if needed.
It's very quiet out here. The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away in Boughton Monchelsea. For shops, you'll need to go to Maidstone, which is a ten-minute drive.
If you want to get out, Leeds Castle is about fifteen minutes by car. It's worth a visit. Leeds Castle. The coast at Whitstable or Herne Bay is roughly half an hour away. For a longer walk, the North Downs Way is accessible from a few points within a twenty-minute drive.
