Yew Tree Farm is on Charing Heath. It's a very old house, fifteenth century. We've done it up so it works well for large groups. It sleeps sixteen. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is five star.
The house is detached. You get the whole place and the gardens. There's a kids' play area outside with two trampolines and a treehouse. There's a hot tub on the patio. Inside, there's a bar area in the dining room. There are two kitchens. It has a wood burning stove.
The stairs are typical for an old house, a bit uneven in places. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, but some internal doors are standard width.
You can walk to a pub from here. It's about half a mile. The countryside is good for walks right from the door. You can go horse riding locally. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Chartwell and Emmetts Garden, both about a 30 minute drive.
Leeds Castle is about seven miles away, so fifteen minutes by car. For the coast, Whitstable is roughly half an hour's drive. Canterbury is about twenty minutes away.
Facilities: parking on site, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, we don't take pets.
