Yew Tree Farm is a 15th century house near Charing Heath. It sleeps sixteen people.
It's a big old house with thick beams. We've done it up to a good standard. It's detached, with its own garden and parking. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The stairs are steep, as you'd expect. It's got a 5 Star rating so it's well equipped.
Inside, there's a big living room and a dining room with a wood burner. It has two kitchens. One has a well-stocked bar area, which people seem to like. Outside, there's a patio with seating and a hot tub. The garden is enclosed.
In terms of facilities, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. The entrance is wheelchair accessible but the rest of the house isn't, due to the age and layout.
The house is in a rural spot. There's a local pub. For a day out, Leeds Castle is about twenty minutes away, and the Sissinghurst Castle Garden is about half an hour's drive. The coast at Whitstable or Hythe is roughly thirty minutes. Ashford has a shopping outlet and the mainline station.
