The Granary
The Granary is a converted barn on Ram Lane in Hothfield, Kent. It's in the grounds of our main house, which is a listed building. The Granary has some of the same old beams.
It sleeps three people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating. The kitchen is new and has everything you need. The living area is cosy. The stairs are quite steep, just so you know.
You have your own small, enclosed garden. It gets the sun in the evening.
There's a pub and a restaurant about a hundred metres down the lane. They both do food. For walks, you can step straight out onto country paths. Leeds Castle is about a fifteen minute drive away.
Faversham, the old market town, is twenty minutes by car. The coast at Hythe is about twenty-five minutes. Tenterden is roughly the same distance. The train station at Charing is five minutes away. Trains to London take just over an hour.
Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, parking, and bedding and towels. There's a cot available. The entrance and shower are wheelchair accessible.
