Bluebell Lodge
This is Bluebell Lodge, in Challock in Kent. It's a new build, finished a couple of years ago. Everything's on the ground floor. It's one of a pair, Snowdrop Lodge is the other, and you can book them together if you need more space.
The lodge sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. It's modern inside, open plan. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard.
It sits in its own enclosed garden, so it's private. There's parking right next to it. You have a washing machine, dishwasher, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included.
The location is straightforward. You're on the edge of King's Wood, which is part of the Forestry England land. You can walk straight out into it. It's good for dog walking if you had one, but we don't take pets at this one, sorry.
There's a local pub in the village, a short walk away. For a wider choice of shops and places to eat, Ashford is about a 15-minute drive. The coast at Whitstable is about half an hour in the car.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust in Kent has several sites nearby, like Godinton House and Gardens. Leeds Castle is also within a 30-minute drive.
