Home Farm

This is Home Farm in Sandway. It's a quiet spot, just outside Lenham. The house is big. It sleeps nine people, in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.

It's got a four star rating. There's a lot of space, which is good for families or a few couples away together. The stairs to the top floor are a bit tighter and steeper, which is pretty normal for an old farmhouse.

It's an old building, so the rooms are all on different levels. Downstairs there's a sitting room and a dining room, both with wood burners. There's also a separate music room with a piano. The kitchen is well-equipped.

The main feature is in the lower ground floor. There's a cinema room with a large projection screen and a games room with a pool table and darts. It's a good spot for a night in.

The garden is enclosed. You can take up to two dogs. There's parking for several cars on the gravel drive.

For getting out, you’re opposite about 50 acres of heathland. It's good for walks right from the door. For longer walks, the Pilgrims Way and the Greensand Way are close by. If you cycle, you can hire mountain bikes from us, or store your own.

You're about a 20 minute drive from Maidstone or Ashford. Canterbury is about half an hour away. Leeds Castle is roughly 15 minutes by car.
