Gamekeepers Cottage is one of a pair in Sardis. They share a cobbled courtyard. It's just you two, it sleeps two in one bedroom.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean, not luxury. It's open plan downstairs. The bathroom is upstairs.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. You can park right outside.
You're on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. The countryside around here is really quiet. You see red kites and buzzards flying over. The Red Kite Feeding Centre is close by if you want to see that.
The village of Llangadog is about three miles away. It's got a couple of pubs that do food. For shops, Llandovery is the same distance, maybe a bit less. It's an old market town. Llandeilo is about nine miles, it's nice for a wander and has some interesting shops.
If you like walking or cycling, you're right on the doorstep of it. The rivers are good for fishing if that's your thing. For a day out, the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens are worth the drive.
Facilities: there's WiFi, bike storage, towels and bedding are included. It's got parking and the garden is yours. One dog is welcome.
