Goitre Farmhouse

Goitre Farmhouse is in Cwmdwr, near Llandovery. It's detached, sits in its own big garden, and was all done up new in 2023.

It sleeps twelve, which is a lot. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which reflects the new fittings. It's a solid, comfortable house for a big group.

The main living room has a wood burner. There's a conservatory that leads out to a patio area. There's also a big deck. The garden is very large, completely enclosed, and looks over fields.

The town you'll use is Llandeilo, about eight miles away. It's got good shops, places to eat, and a famous chocolate shop. They have a jazz and gin festival there too. Llandovery is closer, about four and a half miles. That's right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons.

You're in walking country straight from the door. For local days out, you've got Carreg Cennen Castle, Aberglasney Gardens, and Dinefwr Park. The Brecon Beacons National Park is right there. The Llyn y Fan Fach walk is spectacular, about a 30 minute drive away.

Facilities: it's got pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi included. Wood burner, BBQ, plenty of parking. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. No pets.
