The Lodge is on our farm, just outside Farden. It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. It's a new build, so you won't get any wonky cottage floors. The back of it looks west over our fields, the front has a view of the little orchard.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The kitchen's big, with a large hob and double oven. There's a sitting area with a log burner, and a sofa. We supply a basket of logs to get you started. There's a utility room with the washing machine and a downstairs loo.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with super king beds. One of them splits into two singles if you need it. There's one bathroom with a decent shower. We provide all the bedding and towels.
The garden is yours to use. There's a patio and a lawn. We've got a barbecue out there. You can bring one dog. The garden gate opens onto the field paths, so you can walk straight out from the door.
You can park right next to the Lodge. There's an electric car charger if you need it.
Ludlow is about ten minutes' drive. It's good for food and has a market. For walks, you're right on the edge of the Shropshire Hills. The Shropshire Hills AONB site has maps and ideas. Stokesay Castle and the Ironbridge Gorge museums are both within half an hour if you fancy a trip out.
