Turford House is on Lower Corve Street in Ludlow. It's a Georgian semi-detached house. It sleeps six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's been done to a high standard. The floors and beams are original oak, restored properly. All the internal doors are solid oak, made by hand. The stairs are original too, so they're quite steep.
You can walk into the town centre in a few minutes. Ludlow Castle is there, overlooking the river. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants. The town has a market some days.
For walks, you can go straight from the door into the Shropshire countryside. The Mortimer Trail and the Shropshire Way are close by. The Long Mynd and the Stiperstones are about a half hour drive if you want proper hills.
Inside, it's open plan on the ground floor. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site for one car, right outside. No pets.
