Apple Tree Barn Onibury

Apple Tree Barn is on a farm estate near Onibury. It's about six miles from Ludlow. You're in the middle of the Shropshire countryside here.

It sleeps thirteen, which is a lot. Six bedrooms, and each one has its own bathroom. That's handy with a big group. It's got a three star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped, but not overly luxurious.

The main space is open plan, kitchen leading into the dining and living area. Big L-shaped shape. The garden faces south, good for sun and plenty of room. There's a BBQ.

A big feature is the shared heated indoor pool, which you book for your group only. There's also a tennis court on site.

The local pub, The Crown Inn, is about a ten, fifteen minute walk. They do food. Ludlow is the main draw, famous for its castle, food festivals, and good pubs. You can drive there in about fifteen minutes.

This is walking country. You've got the Shropshire Hills right there. The Long Mynd and the Stiperstones are within a half hour drive. There's plenty of estate land to walk on directly from the barn.

Facilities: everything on the list is there. Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, parking for several cars. Bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
