The Larches is at Hayton's Bent, in Shropshire. It's a detached house, so you're not sharing a wall with anyone. The views look out towards Clee Hill.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a lot of room, which is useful if you've got a bigger group. The garden goes all the way around the house and there's plenty of parking.
You're right in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty here. It feels quite remote and quiet. For a proper shop or a meal out, Ludlow is about five miles away. It's a good market town with nice pubs and independent shops. Craven Arms is a bit further, about eleven miles, and has a supermarket and takeaways if you don't want to cook.
There's loads of walking from the door or a short drive away. The Mortimer Forest, the Stretton Hills, and Clee Hill are all nearby. You're also not far from the Welsh border.
If you fancy a day out, Ludlow Castle is in the town. Stokesay Castle and Powis Castle are both within about half an hour's drive. Ironbridge Gorge, which is a World Heritage Site, is also under a thirty minute drive. They have a lot of museums there.
In the house you've got a woodburner, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring two dogs.
