Stoke Court Farm Barn
Stoke Court Farm Barn is on our farm in Stoke St Milborough. It's a detached stone barn, sleeps fourteen. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The barn is part of a working beef and sheep farm, two hundred acres. You'll see the animals. There's a formal garden from the 1600s we found, with a viewing mound. And there's a sensory garden too.
The place is set up for wheelchair access. There's a ground floor wet room with grab rails.
Inside, it's been done up to a good standard but we kept the original beams and stable walls. It feels like a proper old barn.
You're about six miles from Ludlow. That's where all the good food is, markets, and the castle. It's a nice town to wander around. The Shropshire Hills AONB is right on your doorstep for walking.
Within half an hour you can get to places like the Acton Scott working farm museum. Ironbridge is about forty minutes. Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury are easy drives too.
Facilities: it's got a wood burner, a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's an enclosed garden with a BBQ and parking right there. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
