Little Brampton
This is Little Brampton. It's a farmhouse just outside Clunbury in Shropshire. It's on its own, so no neighbours right on top of you. The views from the back are over the valley and the village. It's very quiet.
It's big. Sleeps 32, 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean, warm, and everything works. It's comfortable, but it's not a luxury hotel. It's a farmhouse.
There's a good-sized garden with a patio. The nine-seater hot tub is out there. Inside, there's a sauna, a games room with a pool table, and a separate conference room if you need it. The kitchen is set up for big groups. There's plenty of hot water. Bedding and towels are included.
The local pub that does food is about half a mile up the lane. The nearest shop for basics is two miles away in Clun.
For walks, you can just step out the door. For a proper day out, Stokesay Castle is close. Ludlow is about 20 minutes by car. It's got the castle, good food shops, and a market. Further afield, within about an hour, you've got places like Shrewsbury, Hereford, and Ironbridge.

Facilities wise: it's all listed, but the main things are the dishwasher, washing machine, woodburner, WiFi, and plenty of parking. It's pet friendly, up to four dogs. We can provide cots and highchairs. There's also a ground floor wet room.
