Little Brampton

Little Brampton is a farmhouse near the little village of Clunbury. It's detached, so there's no one attached to the other side of the wall. You get the garden and the fields around it to yourselves.

It sleeps 32 people over eleven bedrooms. There are thirteen bathrooms and shower rooms, including a wet room on the ground floor. It's a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean, functional, and comfortable, but it's not a luxury hotel. It's a big, solid farmhouse.

There's a wood burning stove for colder nights. Central heating and plenty of hot water is sorted. Bedding and towels are included. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, highchair and a cot if you need them. WiFi works fine. There's plenty of parking on site.

The main thing is the space. There's a games room with a pool table and things, a conference room if you're here for work, a sauna, and a private hot tub in the garden that fits nine people.

We allow up to four well-behaved dogs. There's a local pub that does food about half a mile down the lane. The nearest proper shop is two miles away in Clun.

For walks, you can just step out the door into the Shropshire hills. The views over the Clun Valley are really quite something. Ludlow is about a 25 minute drive. Good for food, the castle, and the racecourse. Stokesay Castle, which is English Heritage, is closer. Shrewsbury, Hereford, and Ironbridge are all within an hour's drive for a day out.

If you want activities, there are places nearby for clay shooting, quad biking, paintball, fishing, or golf. You'd need to book those yourselves in advance.

Catering is an option if you don't want to cook for everyone. You'd need to contact me to sort that out before you arrive.
