De-Vollard Barn is in Trematon, which is near Saltash. It's a small annexe next to our main barn conversion. It sleeps two people. There's one bedroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. It has a 4 Star rating.
You have your own front door. Inside, the ground floor is all one room. There's a sofa, a TV, and shelves full of books and DVDs. The kitchen area has the basics for making meals. The bathroom has a shower. The stairs go up to the bedroom. The ceiling slopes, so mind your head if you're tall. It has a king-size bed and a little chair in the corner.
Outside the back door there's a small courtyard. It's a suntrap in the afternoon. You can park right outside.
It's a quiet spot. There's a pub in the village, about a five minute walk. The Tamar Valley trails are right on the doorstep if you want to walk. Cotehele, the National Trust house, is close by. It's a good starting point for day trips. Plymouth is about twenty minutes over the bridge. The coast at Whitsand Bay is a fifteen minute drive.
Everything you need is here: bed linen, towels, wi-fi, parking. No pets.
