No 12 Mold

This is No 12. It's a one-bedroom cottage in Mold. Good for a single person or a couple. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's modern and well-equipped.

The main room is open-plan with windows at both ends, so it's quite light. There's a proper kitchen area with good appliances. The sofa and TV are there too. The bedroom isn't huge but it's fine, with a dressing table and good storage. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Outside, there's a private garden area with a table and chairs. You can park your car right outside the front door, which is useful.

Mold is a small market town. There's a theatre right around the corner, and the twice-weekly market is good for local bits and pieces. St. Mary's Church is nice to look at, and there are a few cafes and pubs in town.

For walks, Loggerheads Country Park is about ten minutes away by car. The Clwydian Range is right there, with Moel Famau. It's good walking country. Chester is about a twenty-five minute drive if you want the shops or the Roman walls.

What's here: all the bills are included, there's wifi and a smart TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are provided. The garden is yours to use. There is local fishing and a golf course nearby. Sorry, no pets.
