Bryn Dedwydd Cottage
Bryn Dedwydd Cottage is in Eryrys, up in the Clwydian Range. It's attached to our house, but it's completely private for you. You get your own bit out the front, a patio with a table and chairs.
It’s a one-bedroom place, so it sleeps two. There's one bathroom, it's en-suite. The rating is 5 Star, which basically means it's well kept and has everything you need. You can see the stone walls and the beams.
It's quiet here. You'll see a lot of birds. The walking is good right from the door. The Clwydian Way and Offa's Dyke Path are close by. Nercwys Forest is about ten minutes in the car, good for mountain biking and nightjars in the evening.
You're about halfway between Mold and Ruthin. Mold has a theatre and a market. Ruthin is nice for a wander, places to eat. The pub down the road, about a mile, does food. The nearest shop is in Cadole, two and a half miles.
For a day out, Chester is about half an hour’s drive. Llandudno and the coast are under an hour. Snowdonia is maybe 45 minutes to an hour, depending on where you're headed.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. Sorry, no pets.
