Honeysuckle Cottage Nercwys

Honeysuckle Cottage is here on our farm in Nercwys. It's a semi-detached stone cottage, one of a few old farm buildings we converted. It's in the middle of our garden, so you get the views and the space.

It's for two people. One big super king bed upstairs in a galleried space with beams and Velux windows. The stairs are fairly steep, like most cottages. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living space is open plan downstairs, with a gas wood burner for heat. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not high-end.

You're welcome to use the garden here. There's also a tennis court on the farm if you fancy a game. We can store bicycles. There are two decent pubs within a couple of miles.

The location is the main thing. We're in the Clwydian Range, so it's very rural. You can walk straight out onto the paths. Moel Famau and Loggerheads Country Park are right on the doorstep. The market town of Mold is about five minutes' drive for shops.

For a day out, Chester is about half an hour away. The coast around Llandudno is under an hour. Snowdonia National Park is a similar drive. For mountain biking, Coed Llandegla forest is very close.

Facilities: you've got parking, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels included, and a BBQ. We take up to two well-behaved dogs.
