The Villa At Youlditch Farm
The Villa at Youlditch Farm is a static home on our working farm. It's detached and south-facing, so it catches the sun. The garden is enclosed too.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one double with its own toilet, and one with two singles. There's a separate bathroom with a shower. Everything's clean and works. It's got a 3 Star rating.
You're right on the edge of Dartmoor here. There are paths straight from the gate for walking or cycling. You'll sometimes see horses from the point-to-point practicing in the fields.
Being a farm, there are tractors about during the day. The A30 is nearby, so you can hear a bit of road noise. It's handy for getting around though. Okehampton is about ten minutes' drive for shops. Both the north and south coasts are within an hour.
The facilities are what you'd expect: TV, wifi, washing machine, parking right outside. Bed linen is included. We allow up to three dogs.
