Cottage 2 East Tytherley

Cottage 2 is a studio apartment on our farm in East Tytherley. It sleeps two people in one open-plan room. You've got a double bed, a small kitchen area, a table and a sofa all in the same space. The bathroom is a good size.

It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean. It's not a big place, but it's fine for a couple. There's a little patio outside with seating.

The cottage is part of Oaklands Farm. You'll be parking in our gated driveway. On the farm grounds there's a tennis court that guests can use. We also have a private airstrip, so you might see the odd light aircraft if you're here when someone has arranged to use it.

The location is quiet. You're in the Test Valley, so it's proper countryside. You can walk straight out onto the lanes. The New Forest National Park is about a 30 minute drive. Salisbury, with the cathedral, is roughly the same. If you've got children or just like that sort of thing, Paultons Park is about 20 minutes away by car.

Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, parking, bedding and towels are provided. The kitchenette has the basics. Up to two dogs are welcome.
