Cottage 3

Cottage 3 is on our farm here in East Tytherley. It's a studio, so everything's in one room. There's a kingsize bed, a small kitchen area with a table, and a sofa. There's a separate shower room. It's simple but it's clean and does the job.

It's on the ground floor. Outside your door there's a small patio with a chair and table.

The farm has a private airstrip. If you're a pilot and want to use it, you need to ask us first. There's also a tennis court that's shared with the other cottages here. Parking is in the gated drive.

You can bring a dog. Two are allowed. There isn't a proper enclosed garden though, so you'll need to keep them on a lead outside.

East Tytherley is quiet. You'll need a car. The New Forest is about fifteen minutes' drive. Good for walking and cycling. New Forest National Park Authority has maps and information. Salisbury is roughly twenty five minutes away. The cathedral is worth seeing.

If you've got children or just like theme parks, Paultons Park is close, maybe twenty minutes by car.

Facilities are what you'd expect. Wifi, TV, all bedding and towels are here. There's a shower, not a bath.
