The Cottage At Canefield Farmhouse Lockerley

The Cottage at Canefield Farmhouse is in Lockerley. It’s in the Test Valley, about halfway between Romsey and Stockbridge. It’s a single-storey converted barn in our grounds, so it’s quiet and private.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One has a super king bed and the other has twin beds. There’s one bathroom. The whole place is on the ground floor, so no stairs. It’s got a 4 Star rating.

The lawn at the front is for you to use. There’s a tennis court on the property you can use too. We provide the rackets and balls.

There’s a village inn a few minutes’ walk away. They serve food and are dog friendly. Kimbridge Estate is nearby if you fancy fishing for trout, they do day tickets.

For walking, you can start from the cottage. Mottisfont is close. Romsey and the New Forest are a short drive away. Salisbury and Winchester are both about half an hour by car. If you’ve got children, Paultons Park is about twenty minutes away.

Facilities: there’s parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We accept one dog.
