This is Cottage 4 at Oaklands Farm. It's one of a few cottages here on the farm, on the edge of East Tytherley. It's quiet, just fields around.
It's a ground floor cottage, all on one level, which is handy. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. You can bring two dogs. There isn't a fully enclosed garden though, so you'll need to keep them on a lead outside.
Inside, it's open plan. The living area, kitchenette and the double bed are all in one room. There's a separate second bedroom with twin beds. The kitchenette has the basics: a microwave, a two-ring hob, and a small fridge. It's fine for simple meals. There's a small patio with a table and chairs.
On the farm there's a private tennis court you can use, shared with the other cottages. There's also an airstrip. If you're a pilot and you want to use it, you need to arrange that with us beforehand.
For getting out, the New Forest is about a 25 minute drive. Romsey and Stockbridge are closer, maybe 15 minutes. Salisbury is about half an hour away. If you've got kids, Paulton's Park is roughly 20 minutes in the car.
Facilities are as you'd expect: WiFi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine in a shared utility room you can use.
