The Old Stables 2 is one of four converted barns here in West Winterslow. It's semi-detached. You get your own garden and there's parking right outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom, and the living space is all open plan downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's done up nicely, comfortable and clean. The conversion kept some of the old beams which look good.
It's very quiet here, proper countryside. You're on the edge of the village. The shop is about a mile away. The nearest pub is two miles, but it's a decent walk if you fancy it.
Location is the main thing. Salisbury is about a 20 minute drive. You've got the cathedral and the market. Stonehenge is maybe 25 minutes away. The coast at Bournemouth is roughly 30 minutes if you want a beach day.
The New Forest is close, about a 15 minute drive to the edge. Good for walks and cycling. Right around the barns there are some good local walks through the woods. Blackmoor Copse is known for deer.
Facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. The place is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. It's pet friendly, you can bring two dogs.
