The Old Stables 2
The Old Stables 2 is in West Winterslow. It's one of four converted barns set together in a shared field, but you've got your own patio and garden area. It’s quiet here, just fields.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and works properly. Being a barn, the main living area downstairs feels quite big and open.
You're about six miles from Salisbury, so getting supplies is easy. The village pub is two miles away, but there's a decent farm shop a mile down the road.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the Bentley Wood area. Good for bluebells in spring. The Stonehenge visitor centre is a 20 minute drive. It's worth booking that online. Salisbury Cathedral is about 15 minutes in the car.
You can get down to the coast at Bournemouth in just over half an hour. The New Forest is about the same drive the other way, maybe 40 minutes to the main bits. The Visit Wiltshire site has maps.
Inside, there's a washing machine, the WiFi is fine, and all bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
