It's a shepherd's hut in a field just outside Alderbury village. You get the whole field to yourself. The view looks out over farmland towards Salisbury Cathedral.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped for a small space. It's all on one level so there are no steps inside. The door is wide enough for a wheelchair.
There's a wood burner for heat and a hot tub outside. You get a table and chairs, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included.
The village pub is about a five minute walk. It does food. For a proper shop or a wider choice of restaurants, you'll need to drive into Salisbury. That's about a ten minute drive.
Salisbury Cathedral and the city centre are worth a visit. For walks, the New Forest is about twenty minutes' drive. Stonehenge is about fifteen minutes away.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right next to the hut.
