The Old Stables 1
The Old Stables 1 is a converted barn on the farm, one of four here. It’s detached, so you’ve got your own space. The garden is private.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it’s in good order and comfortable. It’s mainly on the ground floor, which is useful. There’s one bedroom upstairs, under the eaves with oak beams. The main living area is open plan with stone floors.
The farm is just outside West Winterslow, which is quiet. There’s a pub and a restaurant about two miles away. A shop is one mile away.
Salisbury is about a twenty minute drive. The city centre is worth a look. Stonehenge is just over half an hour away by car. Bournemouth and the beach is also about thirty minutes south.
The New Forest is just to the south-east, good for walking and cycling. There’s a lot of good walking from the door here too, through Hound Wood and around Blackmoor Copse.
It’s got parking on site. Pets are welcome. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a cot if needed. Bedding and towels are included.
