Broomley Cottage

Broomley Cottage is a single storey annexe we added in 2014. It's in our garden, detached from our main house. It looks out the other way, so you've got your privacy and a view over the fields.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating – it's modern and well-equipped. Everything's open plan. It's bright, with a wood burner, and there's a new kitchen fitted with a dishwasher.

The parking space is on our main drive. There's a lit public footpath from there to the cottage, about 40 metres long. Your own garden area is fenced.

The footpath right by the cottage leads straight into the countryside. For a local pint, there's a pub in the village. You're a short drive from Salisbury – about 15 minutes. There's decent walking on the Stonehenge Landscape, which is part of the National Trust, and you can be in the New Forest in half an hour.

What's included: bedding and towels, WiFi, a washing machine, TV, a barbecue. We can take one well-behaved dog.
