The Old Meeting Hall is in King's Somborne, Hampshire. It's next door to our cottage, but completely separate. You get your own patio with a hot tub.
It's a single-storey barn conversion. Sleeps two. One bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It's got a Five Star rating, which mainly means everything is new and works properly.
The layout is open plan, so the kitchen, dining area and sitting room are all one space. There's a wood burner and the ceiling is high, so it feels light. You can hear the water from the stream in our garden when it's running.
There's a village shop about 200 yards away. The pub, The Crown, is half a mile. It serves food. Stockbridge is three miles off. It's got nice little shops and places to eat.
If you're into fishing, the River Test is nearby. It's a very well-known chalk stream.
For days out, Winchester is about nine miles. Salisbury is 18. Southampton is 16. The New Forest is close. Mottisfont Abbey is worth a visit, and so is the New Forest National Park.
What's here: parking right outside, a washing machine, bedding and towels included. The hot tub is private, just for you. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
