Cottage 1 East Tytherley

Cottage 1 is at Oaklands Farm, in East Tytherley. It's a studio for two people. One room with a kitchenette and a super king bed, plus a separate bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.

The place is on the farm grounds. You get a bit of patio with seating out the front. The garden isn't enclosed, so if you bring a dog you'll need to keep an eye on it. We allow one small pet.

There's a tennis court on site that you can use, shared with the other cottages here. Parking is in the gated driveway. The farm has a private airstrip. It's not in constant use, but you might see the odd light aircraft if that's of interest.

You're in the Test Valley. The lanes around here are very quiet, good for walking or cycling straight from the door. The Savernake Forest is nearby for walks. The New Forest is about a 30 minute drive.

For towns, Salisbury is roughly 20 minutes by car. Romsey and Andover are closer. Paulton's Park, with Peppa Pig World, is also about 20 minutes away if that's relevant.

In terms of what's here: WiFi, TV, all bedding and towels, a shower, and parking. It's a simple place to base yourself.
