Dairy Farm
Dairy Farm is a thatched cottage in Sherfield English, which is about ten minutes from Romsey. It's a detached place, sixteenth century. There's a big pond in the back garden, about three acres of land. It's not fenced off around the pond, so you'll need to watch children or dogs.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable. The stairs are winding and a bit steep. You'll need to watch your head at the bottom of them. The floor in the main bedroom slopes. It's an old building.
There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has an electric Aga and a Nespresso machine.
You're close to the New Forest. Lots of walks around, like the Test Way. Romsey has pubs, shops, and a leisure centre with a pool.
Around here, Mottisfont is good for a walk. Paultons Park is about twenty minutes away if you have children. Winchester and Salisbury are both within half an hour.
Facilities: there's parking, wifi, a TV, and bedding is provided. You can bring up to two dogs. There's an enclosed field next door for walking them. On Wednesdays, someone uses the summer house in the grounds for sound therapy sessions. It's not noisy.
